Shopping

I did a lil window shopping at Sak’s 5th Avenue… Because Decades of Style is a really cool little thing! Especially since I love looking at fashion from the past! Dresses were the theme for today.. and my faves are..

Temperley London, $1625, 20’s

Ports 1961, $695, 20’s

Dior, $5000, 50’s

Kay Unger, $510 (on sale for $305.90 right now!!), 50’s

Michael Kors, $1595, 60’s (I actually have a dress similar to this from Forever21)

Julie Haus, $258, 60’s

Diane von Furstenberg, $375, 60’s (I love Mondrian-inspired)

Jean Paul Gaultier, $980, 70’s

BCBGMAXAZRIA, $398, 80’s

This has only made me want to be an investment banker more.

From Marshall’s, for about $13! There’s a little bit of see-through detail on the bottom, which goes right over my butt, so I can’t really wear it just as a dress, unfortunately. It is, however, PERFECT for wearing to the beach or pool.

I can’t decide if I should just wear it with tights, so that I get rid of the able-to-see-my-bum problem, so it kind of ruins the look.

I went shopping today :)

Forever21 is where it’s at. Cheap, maybe a lil rip off-y, but honestly, I don’t care terribly as long as I can have cute clothes!

What a bought, for a lil over $50 USD…

The two skirts are high-waisted, which is SO great because I’ve been looking for high waisted skirts for forever!! And I’m kind of in love with cutouts, so the tunic was just fab. I have a couple outfit ideas for these, so I’ll be updating later when I’ve worn them!
