I’ve been feeling pink/red for the past week.

And these are the shoes I wore with most of those outfits, since I severely lack shoes :[

…is the color of polish currently on my nails! From Sephora. And although it’s already plenty shiny, I have a thing for shinyness, so I put some “Ultra Shine Top Coat” on too. Woohoo!

As you can see, I’m choosing to take pictures of my nails instead of doing my physics homework.

My attempt at an artsy shot.

While I wait for the weather to get nicer and my body to get better from being sick so I can post new outfit shots, I’ll tell you all about my new girl crush!
I think I may have been avoiding her because her last name is simply impossible, but I think I fell in love just recently. (And now that I think about it, her last name is quite catchy. pee-voh-vahr-oh-vah. pih-voh-vahr-oh-vah. However you say it.) Just look at these pictures and honestly tell me that you have seen a more perfect human being.

Also, who made the shoes in this pic? They’re to die for.

Aha! This Versace dress! I looove!

Prom was…. a disappointment
. It was a lot less fun than I thought it would be, which is upsetting, cause I was beyond psyched for it.
I think it may have begun to suck when my hairdresser/make up person did my makeup so I looked like an orange Asian barbie, which, as you might have guessed, is not a look to be going for. So the make-up took an hour (and then I had to rush home and take it all off), and the hair took about an hour and a half. The hair looked a little eh. It was all, right, I suppose. It just didn’t work well with my face.. I hate having my hair pulled back at all, especially half-up/half-down… And that’s what my hairdresser did.

That’s my hair from the back. Which looks kinda cool, right? Although I can’t figure out what that big thing on the right is.. Is that my shoulder?! Why is it so oddly distortedly large?!!? Also, I didn’t want masses of like ringlets.. All I wanted were some romantic waves..

And in the front, I had a french braid across, which was pretty cute. Somewhere between the cute french braid and masses of ringlets and pulling my hair back my hair went from cute to not so cute.

My dress.. The only good shot I have of it was taken a couple weeks before actual prom. Mermaid style!!

My boyfriend and I
. Prom was at the Camden Aquarium. Camden, New Jersey, is the city with the highest crime rate in America (I think, or at least New Jersey), but it didn’t look too shabby at all. Odd.
Anyways, I guess lessons learned would be to 1. never go back to that place EVER EVER EVER again and 2. tell the hairdresser/make-up person RIGHT AWAY if you don’t like something. I kept on waiting cause she was nice and I felt bad and I kept on hoping/thinking that she would make it look better. Sigh.
